SUPERVISED PRACTICE AND PROFESSIONAL FEEDBACK

The Presentation Labs are practical, participant-led environments. Participants take turns preparing and leading sessions, practising real professional situations, and receiving feedback.
The programme also includes individual online coaching between labs and a Communication Clinic for targeted improvement. This is a structured opportunity to apply principles, identify growth areas, and master communication.

Attendance, tuition payment, and participation do not guarantee certification. On Licensing Day, participants demonstrate their communication capabilities against defined assessment standards.
Participants who meet the required standard earn the Presentation License™. Those who do not meet the standard receive constructive feedback on their development and a record of participation, subject to the programme's published assessment policy.
