here’s how we handle cancellations

Cancelled 14+ days before the event

You’ll receive a full refund, no questions asked.

Cancelled 7–13 days before

You can reschedule for another date or transfer your spot to a colleague — no fee.

Cancelled less than 7 days before

No refund, but you can still:

​

  • Transfer your seat to someone else

  • Receive a full credit toward any future session

🚫No-shows

Unfortunately, no refunds or credits for no-shows without notice
